Draydon

Draydon originates in English language and its meaning is unclear. The history of using Draydon as a masculine given name is very short. So far, there are only about 20 boys bearing this name in the US. Its origin seems to be in England, where it was initially used as a surname. This was the surname of a writer Allan Draydon, author of Men of Courage, an Australian military history publication. There might be a connection to Dryden as well, the surname of an English poet and the name of a city in Ontario, Canada.
