Fulvia originates in Latin language and means "blonde-haired". It is a feminine form of Fulvio, ultimately derived from Fulvius. In the Roman Republic, Fulvia was a Roman woman with great political ambitions and the wife of Mark Antony. Nowadays, it is a very rare feminine given name in the United States.
