Itzcoatl

Itzcoatl originates in Native American languages and means "obsidian snake". This was the name of the Aztec ruler of Tenochtitlan, the capital of the Aztec Empire, in the 15th century. As a masculine given name, Itzcoatl is very rare in the United States these days.
